  • Time Limit: Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase.
  • Credit Usage: If you have already started using the Purchased Credits (including those distributed monthly with your subscription or bought as top-ups), you are not eligible for a refund, regardless of the time elapsed.

Pro Tip: Credits are consumed in the following order: Bonus (Sign-up Bonus) -> Free Weekly (Weekly Credits for everyone) -> Purchased (Monthly Subscription/Top-up Credits). You are only eligible for a refund if your purchased credits remain untouched.

2. How to Request a Refund

  2. Provide Details: Include your account details, order number, date of purchase, and the reason for your refund request.
  3. Timely Submission: Ensure your request is sent within 3 days of your purchase.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Transaction Fees: Please note that a transaction fee of up to 6% of the original payment amount may be deducted from the refund (charged by payment processors).
